Meanwhile, Suresh Gopi’s 250th film, directed by Mathews Thomas Plymouth, who was Jinu Abraham’s assistant director, is also in the pipeline.
Screenwriter Jinu Suresh Gopi had filed a complaint in the Ernakulam District Court against the film, alleging similarities between the characters in the two films. The complaint alleges copyright infringement.
Suresh Gopi has been banned. The ban is likely to be lifted next week.
Shibin Francis is scripting the movie which will be produced by Tomichan Mulakupadam under the banner of Mulakupadam Films.
